„Rīgas satiksme” informs that schedules of several tram, trolleybus, bus, routes, as well as minibus and express bus routes will be changed for the period from June 1 and until the end of the summer season.

During the period from June 1 until August 31, 2019, passenger flow on several routes will decrease on several routes due to summer vacations; therefore, schedules of the following routes will be changed:

Tram routes:

• Tram route No. 1 on working days

Trolleybus routes:

• No. 3, 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 22 and 25  on working days;
• No 12 and 15 on holidays.

Bus routes:

• No. 1, 9, 12, 23, 25, 26, 37, 40 and 41 on working days.

From June 1, 2019 and until the end of beach and garden season, but not before August 31, due to an increase in passenger flow, to provide a more comfortable transportation of passengers to Riga’s beaches, gardens and recreation places in Mangaļsala, Vecāķi, Daugavgrīva and Vakarbuļļi, the following schedules will be changed.

Bus routes:

• No. 19, 29, 36 and 58 on working days;
• No. 2, 15, 19, 24, 29, 31, 36, 54 and 58 on holidays;
• Bus route No. 29 will be extended to Vecāķi, except the run departing at 8.31 from Mežciems;
• Bus route No. 30 will be extended to Vakarbuļļi on holidays;
• Bus route No.58 will be extended to Vecāķi, except the following runs: on working days – six runs departing from Purvciems to Vecmīlgrāvis until 8.30, eight runs departing from Vecmīlgrāvis to Purvciems until 8.30. On holidays – the run departing from Purvciems to Vecmīlgrāvis at 7.15, as well as three runs departing from Vecmīlgrāvis to Purvciems until 8.35.

As of June 1, 2019, several routes of minibuses and express buses will be changed.

Changes are planned on the following routes:

• minibuses – No. 203, 206, 224, 233 and 271;
• express buses – No. 300, 316, 322 and 336.

Minibus route No. 203 will be changed significantly. Now the minibus will run from Pļavnieki along A.Saharova Street, Akademiķa M. Keldiša Street, Ulbrokas Street, Biķernieku Street, Hipokrāta Street, Malienas Street, Juglas Street, Murjāņu Street. From Jugla, the minibus will run along Murjāņu Street, Brīvības gatve, Silciema Street, Murjāņu Street, Juglas Street, Malienas Street, Hipokrāta Street, Biķernieku Street, Ulbrokas Street, Akademiķa M. Keldiša Street, A.Saharova Street. Terminals in Jugla and Pļavnieki do not change.

Minibus route No. 206 “Bus station – Mežciems” is closed and route 271 is changed and renamed “Mežciems – Pauls Stradiņš hospital”. Now the minibus will run from Mežciems along Gaiļezera Street, Hipokrāta Street, Malienas Street, Juglas Street, Murjāņu Street, Silciema Street, Brīvības gatve, Brīvības Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Raiņa Boulevard, 13^th January Street, 11^th November Embankment, Akmens Bridge, Uzvaras Boulevard, Bāriņu Street, Mārupes Street, Tukuma Street, Pilsoņu Street. From P.Stradiņš Hospital, the bus will run along Pilsoņu Street, Liepājas Street, Mārupes Street, Bāriņu Street, Uzvaras Boulevard, Akmens tiltu, 11^th November Embankment, 13^th January Street, Marijas Street, Merķeļa Street, Brīvības Boulevard, Brīvības Street, Brīvības gatve, Silciema Street, Murjāņu Street, Juglas Street, Malienas Street, Hipokrāta Street and Gaiļezera Street. The schedules for working days, Saturdays and Sundays will be also changed.

Minibus route No. 224 is also changed. The minibus will run by the route to Emmas Street, then along Vecāķu Avenue to its crossing with Atlantijas Street and further by the route. From Mangaļsala, the minibus will run by the route to its crossing with Atlantijas Stree, then along Vecāķu Avenue to Emmas Street and further by the route. The route’s schedules on working days and holidays is also changed.

Minibus No. 233 will have its working day schedule changed.

Minibus route No. 300 will be extended to Vecāķi for the period ending On August 31, 2019. After August 31, the schedule that is valid until May 31, 2019 will be restored.

Minibus route No. 316 will change name to “Baznīcas Street – Ķengarags”. The working day schedule is changed and a common holiday schedule is introduced.

Express bus route No. 322 will be changed. Now the express bus will run from the centre to the airport to Lielirbes Street, then along Lielirbes Street, K.Ulmaņa gatve and further by the route. The working day schedule is also changed.

Express bus route No. 336 will be changed. Now the express bus will run from Baznīcas Street by the route to Anniņmuižas Street, then along Anniņmuižas Street, Rostokas Street to the terminal. From Zolitūde, the express bus will run by the route to Rostokas Street, then along Anniņmuižas Street to Gramzdas Street and further by the route. The working day and Sunday schedule will be also changed.
